1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to our Activity Center. By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to all parents, guardians, students, and visitors who interact with our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Enrollment & Registration

To enroll a child in our programs, a parent or legal guardian must complete the official registration form and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

2.1 Eligibility

• Children aged 3 to 16 years are eligible to participate in our programs.
• A parent or legal guardian must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• Enrollment is subject to availability and program-specific requirements.

2.2 Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration — including the child's age, medical conditions, allergies, and emergency contacts — is accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of enrollment.

3. Fees & Payments

All program fees are published on our website and are subject to change. Any changes to pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

3.1 Payment Terms

• Fees are due in full before the start of each program term unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash at our centre.
• Receipts will be issued for all payments made.
• Late payments may attract a processing fee of ₹200 per week after the due date.

3.2 Scholarships & Concessions

We offer need-based scholarships and sibling discounts. Please contact our admissions office for details. Concessions are granted at the sole discretion of our management.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both families and our centre.

4.1 Cancellation by Parent/Guardian

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before program start: full refund minus a ₹500 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before program start: 50% refund of fees paid.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before program start: no refund.
• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or absences.

4.2 Cancellation by Activity Center

In the rare event that we must cancel a program due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government directives, insufficient enrollment), we will offer a full refund or credit towards a future program.

5. Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and joyful environment for every child, parent, and staff member at our Activity Center.

5.1 Expected Behaviour — Children

• Treat all fellow students, instructors, and staff with kindness and respect.
• Follow instructions given by Activity Center staff at all times.
• Take care of Activity Center property and equipment.
• Report any bullying, discomfort, or incidents to a staff member immediately.

5.2 Expected Behaviour — Parents & Guardians

• Communicate concerns respectfully through official channels.
• Refrain from interfering with program sessions in progress.
• Support the centre's policies and decisions.
• Ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of children.

6. Child Safety & Supervision

The safety and wellbeing of every child in our care is our highest priority. We follow strict safeguarding procedures aligned with national child protection guidelines.

• All Activity Center staff undergo thorough background verification before employment.
• Our premises are equipped with CCTV surveillance during all program hours.
• Children will only be released to authorised individuals listed during registration.
• Any medical emergency will be handled immediately, and parents/guardians will be notified without delay.
• We maintain a first-aid kit on the premises at all times with trained first-aiders on staff.
• No child will be left unsupervised at any point during our programs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials used in our programs — including curriculum design, artwork, worksheets, videos, and branding — are the intellectual property of the Activity Center and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our content without explicit written permission.
• Artwork and creative work produced by children during our programs remains the property of the respective child/family.
• Our logo, name, and branding materials may not be used in any form without written authorisation.

8. Photography & Media

We occasionally photograph and video our sessions for use in promotional materials, social media, and our website. These images showcase the wonderful work our children do every day.

8.1 Consent

• By enrolling, you grant us permission to photograph and video your child during program sessions unless you opt out in writing.
• Images will never be used in contexts that could identify a child's home address, school, or personal information.
• You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us at our official email address.

8.2 Personal Photography

Parents and visitors are requested not to photograph or video other children without explicit consent from their parents or guardians, in compliance with child protection best practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, the Activity Center shall not be held liable for:

• Minor injuries arising from normal participation in physical activities.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the centre.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events).
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Parents are advised not to send children to the centre with valuable personal items. The Activity Center is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify enrolled families of any significant changes via email or our official communication channels at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Continued use of our services after changes are notified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
